Fruits With White Chocolate Sauce

Inspired by this recipe, I came up with this one to satisfy my sweet tooth. I substituted the heavy cream in the original recipe with 2% milk.

This is how you make it...

Melt some white chocolate chips in hot milk. Add vanilla extract. Mix well. I do not have measurements for the ingredients since I just kept adding and mixing things till I got a sauce-like consistency. Serve the warm chocolate sauce over your favorite fruits. I used what I had- blueberries, strawberries and grapes.

This was a wonderful after-dinner treat.

That is a wonderful treat and how simple... Arun loves white chocolate but not the berries so much - maybe this'll make him want to eat them ;)

Shreya- thanks, and thanks! :D

Rachel- thanks.:D

Laavanya- I love berries and really never buy white chocolate. I prefer dark. But this is really nice when you need something sweet after dinner. :D

Chocolate- hmmm...now isn't that nice of you to leave your trail behind! ;-)

Rajitha- how can u not like strawberries and grapes? But I'm with you on the drinking the sauce bit. I actually like dark choc more than white.:D

Padma- thank you.:D

Divya- thank you.:)

Sukanya- you do! I think I will be making it often too. Thank you.:D
